Vicarious pleasures

Growing up in an intensely foodie household, BBC food was constantly watched on television. After dinner, the whole family would sit in front of the television and watch cookery shows. I did start having my own favorite celebrity chefs. My all time favorite: Gary Rhodes. Though he has opened a restaurant in Dubai, and it would be a dream come true to go eat there; for now, all I can do is watch his Youtube videos, and I will enjoy his cooking vicariously. Pretend I am there eating it.

My favorite one so far is his breakfast video. I never get tired of watching it. I must have watched it over 20 times and still crave that breakfast he makes.

I am sure you felt what I felt after this. Heaven!
